Chilis ...part 1

I happen to know about this restaurant from my Home Minister and to date we had made dozen of visits for lunch or dinner... a place highly recommended for good/fast/ reliable/ friendly/ large portion/ reasonable price service & food.

Imagine you complain the food not on par to your taste bud and give you a American Choco Brownies with ice cream for FREE!!... I happen to be rewarded with that years back.
According to my home minister who spend 5 full years in the land of cowboy and cowgirl.... this is the most famous cowboy family restaurant in the state... and originated from DALLAS some 30 years ago.
Big Mouth Burger...Four mini burgers topped with applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, sautéed onions and Ranch dressing on sesame seed buns. Served with crispy onion strings and jalapeño-ranch dressing.

Rib Eye... medium raw... juicy - 100% USDA Choice 12 oz. steak. Topped with seasoned butter. With your choice of two sides. My portion is served with seasonal veggies and loaded mashed potatoes.
Soup of the Day....

Drinks??: Free Flow of JUICES

Consider as the most frequent visited restaurant I ever dine while I am in KL ...

FullHOUSE

Fullhouse, lifestyle store and cafe has a new outlet in Sunway Pyramid.

They have this yellow mini cooper outside the restaurant ....

for everyone to take photo
When you enter you will see the Christmas decoration living room....Besides being a restaurant, Full House also functions as a store selling clothes...but not interested in any of the clothing...
the layout and decoration of the cafe looks comfortable.... restaurant is inspired by the popular Korean Drama titled Full House, and the owner is a Korean too.. ... food recipe???? local rojaks...

Garden Fruit Salad
Fish ....
Nasi Lemak Mamak.... very pricey...
Choco Peppermint Milk Shake....
Oven Roasted Chicken Chop with Daily Vegetable... my mini portion...
Me and my Home Minister...cheers

Buddy with Buddy Junior....The place was indeed FULLHOUSE...and I realise, all chicks. Mostly

Duck Rice @ Pudu

In the Pudu area are 3 or maybe more famous Roast Duck stalls.
KNS... a stall by the side of the busy road with limited parking. The banners all around proclaimed it to be famous for its roast duck and many kaki lima diner ordering roasted duck.
This fellow really proud of himself....

Damn not nice...compare to our Kuching's Hainan Steam Chicken
portions were small... damn small lar...
The roast duck had a herbal taste ... is slightly different, the taste and ways of cooking are unique as well.

All in one dip...Well, service was okay, place was not air-conditioned - kaki lima mah... and the price considered reasonable. Duck was lovely.

Cooking Green Curry ...

This was cooked by my Home Minister... adopting recipe from her colleague...

This Green Curry recipe features chicken but could also be prepared with beef, pork or fish. You can serve this dish accompanied with a cooling soup, ... stir-fry or steamed vegetables, and of course steamed jasmine rice.
Thai Basil grab from Jusco...if sweet basil leaves are not available, you may substitute European basil, or leave it out altogether.

The main ingredient....
Preparing your own curry paste will give the best results for a really authentic and delicious thai curry. However, making your own paste can be time consuming and therefore not always possible.

Saute the green curry paste in oil over medium heat until fragrant, reduce the heat, gradually add 1 1/2 cups of the coconut milk a little at a time, stir until a film of green oil surfaces.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes until fragrant and the chicken is cooked through. ...place over medium heat and cook until boiling. Add the remaining coconut milk, season with palm sugar and fish sauce. When the mixture returns to the boil add the eggplants. Cook until the eggplants are done, sprinkle sweet basil leaves and red chilies over, then turn off the heat.

Plus plus... u can arrange on a serving dish and garnish with sweet basil leaves and red chilies before serving.... in this case... we are too hungry.
