It's been a while since I first post something about Sarawak Laksa. For most people (including KennySia) Chong Choon's in Abell Road seem to be the best Laksa around Kuching... but...
Considering the logistic and parking space problem in the heart of Kuching City Center, I preferred to get my dedicated breakfast (kuchingnites normally eat Laksa for breakfast) somewhere nearer to my workplace or my nest.

I had been a frequent Laksa eater in this stall and decided to post this for sharing. The Place? ... corner lot kopitiam is called Chong & Law cafe - neighbouring to BDC Everise.
Siang Hen's Laksa stall will be packed in the morning ... (had to be there early before 10am).... local here just love it... (tips: size does matter!!) just order a standard portion and you will know what I mean.
A bowl of Sarawak Laksa ( Ingredient incl. rice vermicelli, taugeh, chicken strips, omelette strips, and big, fresh peeled prawns). It also comes with a lime, so you can squeeze as much lime juice as desired into the soup.... speciality of this shop is the 'SAMBAL belacan' which is far different compare to other places.... it taste GREAT!!... to me even Chong Choon's belacan had no fight!!. Shown above is a bowl of STANDARD Sarawak Laksa from Siang Heng's Laksa, RM4.00 nia.... (cheap in term of portion) plus plus do count and measure the size of the prawn!I thoroughly enjoyed it, so it deserves a big thumbs up from me!

Wa lau a! Mukah also got "Eric Laksa" international standard. Because the cook had served at restorant at Australia before.
Next trip i bring you there just opposite the Mukah Bus terminal.

Oh ya! ini kali pasal ah moi punyai pasallah. Bukan hal laksa sarawak. Mum maok rasa wa sedapnya Laksa Mukah. HHaaaaa.
